He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lee Peterson; and his brother Jon Peterson. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Peterson (Barclay) of Greenville; his children, Ben Peterson of Tampa, FL, Jen Peterson of Greenville, Kyle Shook of Greenville and Alissa Bouch (Mitchell) of Greenville; his sister Diane Curtis (Randy) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Matthew, Bailey Bouch, Nicholas Brown and Kennedy Shook; and his significant other April Linton of Greenville. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews, and several cousins.
