McDowell; his children, Wendy McCullough (Jason) of Bicknell, IN, Angie Cooper (Caleb), Sally Oakes and George T. Colpetzer; his siblings, Rebecca Hardy (Dennis), Raymond Colpetzer and George N. Colpetzer; and his grandsons, Alex and Matthew McCullough.
