Clelland (Gail) of Richmond, VA and Brad H. Clelland (Betty) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Michelle C. Ford (Chris), Melinda C. Tepe (Steven) of Mechanicsville, VA, Robert Earl Clelland (Stephanie), Leland J. Clelland (Morgan Linney) of Chesapeake, VA, Elizabeth C. Gunhammer (Devin) and Morgan R. Clelland of Norfolk, VA; her sister Jane Mae Hart of Raleigh, NC; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Dempsey, Helen, Paxton, Lilibet, Kruz, Ryan and Devin Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
