She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Kristyak and Ruth M. Kristyak (Hetrick); her daughter Candace Marie; her siblings, Thomas S. Kristyak and Marcia A. Azzarello; her sister-in-law Tina Kristyak; and her nephew Joshua Kristyak.
She is survived by: her husband Drew L. Ridgeway; her daughters, Kristin Emmett (Michael) and Katie Robello (Robbie) of Clarksville, TN.; her siblings, Cindy Baird (James), Laurrie Nottingham (Albert), Valerie Gilmore, Crystal Azzarello (Brian Mody), John Kristyak (Joanne) and George Kristyak (Cindy Gravatt); her grandchildren, Cassidy and Justin Smeltzer; and her great grandchild Cauis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
