He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M Steiner and Luella Steiner (Minteer); his wife Mary Sternthral; and his siblings, LuAnn Charsar and Jerry Harper.

He is survived by: his brother Robbie Troy Steiner (Laura J.) of Brandon, FL; and his nephew Troy of Mercer.
