He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Beatty (Lightner) and John Beatty; his granddaughter Alexia Cascio; and his great-nephew Taj Disher. He is survived by: his wife Susan McDeavitt of Greenville; his siblings, Debbie Nelson (Vince) of Ballston Spa, N. Y., Lori Krumpak (Dave) of Greenville and Gary Beatty (Patty) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Desiree Howell (Steve) and Trenton Cascio (Heather); his pet Ramone; and his nieces, Addie Nelson Disher (Josh) and Rachael Nelson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
