He was predeceased by: his parents, John Powelstock and Anna Powelstock (Shyko). He is survived by: his wife Elaine B. Antonoff; and his children, Lisa Shafran (Joseph) of Columbus, IN, Suzanne Blair (Jeff) of Greenville, PA and David Powelstock (Judith Arneson) of Belmont, MA.
