He was predeceased by: his sister Jane (Cochran). He is survived by: his wife Ruth M Stoyer (Hoehn); his children, Susan Soyring (Bruce) of Pittsgrove, NJ, Kenneth Stoyer (Kristin) of Lake Villa, IL, Carol Laskey (Craig) of Naperville, IL and Beth Ringeisen (Timothy) of Exton, PA; his brother Richard of Takoma Park, MD; and his grandchildren, Karen, Aaron, Mariah, Steven, Rebecca, Joanna, Jessica, Alexis, Gabriella, Zachary, Katherine and Christopher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Shepherd of the Hills or Zion Lutheran Church designated for the Disaster Relief Fund.
