He was predeceased by: his father Herman Frank; and his brother James Hauck. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Hauck; his children, Chantel Marie Kaller (James) of Greenville, PA, Jerry Anton Hauck Jr. (Jaime) of Greenville, PA, Nicholas Parker Hauck of Jamestown, PA and Michael Earl Hauck (Christa) of Greenville, PA; his grandchildren, Jered Kaller, Brenda Kaller, Hanna Hauck, Jerry Anton Hauck III, Hailey Hauck, Ethan Hauck, Kanevan and Kieriana; his great grandchild Jameson Michael Kaller; and his siblings, Judy A. Hauck of Greenville, PA, Jack Hauck of Greenville, PA and Janet Landfried (Richard) of Greenville, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
