She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sowash and Martha Sowash (Christy); her husband David P. Truax; her children, Neil Edward Burt-Eckstrom and Sherry Lynn Costello (Burt); and her brothers, Peter L. Sowash and Paul H. Sowash, III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jodie Lawman (Jeffery) of Bradenton, FL and Paula Banco (Joseph) of Mercer; her stepsons, Erik Truax (Cathy) of Buford, GA and David Truax, II of Buford, GA; her grandchildren, Brittaney Yandell, Colin, Kaylee Banco, Jared, Tyler Costello, Seth, Avery and Sierra Truax; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Asbury, Vinnie Caroniti and Leah Banco.
