She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hayes and Gladys Hayes (Rollins); her husband James Joseph Tumpak Sr.; and her siblings, Eldora Beatty, Betty Jane Hayes, Williard Hayes and Herman Rollins.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Rez of Medford, OR, Mary Jones of Greenville, PA, Rose McCullough (Mark) of Greenville, PA, Dorothy Adams of Greenville, PA, James Tumpak Jr. (Karen) of Greenville, PA, Bonnie Schwanbeck of Greenville, PA, Audrey Steiner (Bill) of Hermitage, PA and Robert Tumpak of Hermitage, PA; and her siblings, Doris E. Elliott of Greenville, PA, Lillian Gallagher of Clarks Mills, PA, Gladys Mae Kaltenbaugh (Lloyd) of Clarks Mills, PA, Shirley Ann German, Kathy Jones (Bill) of Greenville, PA, George Hayes (Luann) of Sanford, FL and David Hayes (Josephine "Joe). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
