As Donna departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donna. Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Simon Sr. and Violet Kathryn Young (Waldenmyer); and her husband William Martin Hamilton, Sr.. She is survived by: her sister Marcia Young Cole; and her children, Patricia Hamilton Britton of Goodview, VA, William Hamilton Jr. of Hermitage, PA, Charles Hamilton (Hope) of Transfer, PA and David Hamilton (Denise) of Roanoke, VA.. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great-great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. (2630 E State St, Hermitage, PA 16148). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
