She was predeceased by: her father Carl R. Troupe; her husband John V. Ruffing; and her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Ruffing. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Gregory (Daryl) of Hadley, PA, Carolyn Morrison (Kenneth) of Powhatan, VA, John "Doug" Ruffing (Christie) of Greenville, PA and Robert C. Ruffing; her grandchildren, Nathan, Andy, Courtney (Daniel), Rachael, Carolyn, Christina and Connie; her stepgranddaughter April; her great grandchildren, Nevin, Conner, Jackson, Liam, Carson, Alexandria and Charlotte; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jade and Jacob; and her niece Melissa Marshall (Russell).
