He was predeceased by: his wife Lori Ann Lis (Phillips); his parents, Mary Ann Lis, and Steven Lis, Sr.; and his sister Mary Ann Wargo (Craig "Spike" Wargo). He is survived by: his daughters, Brieanna Duff (Chris) and Stevie Cote (Tim); his grandchildren, Chloe Ann Cote, Charlotte Rose Cote and Teegan Nicholas Duff; and his sister Brandie Anthony (Donna Lazorchak).
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations for his grandchildren's college funds.
