Parkhurst (Perina); his children, Dawn Marie Dix of Howell Twp and Drew Tomlinson Parkhurst of Yardley, PA; his grandchildren, Bennett Parkhurst and Avery Mae Parkhurst; and his brothers, Rodger Parkhurst, Phillip Parkhurst and William Parkhurst.
