He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Pickard and Katherine Pickard (Smith); and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his children, Denise Conley (Randy), Heidi Pickard, Lori Williams and Chris Williams (Diane Eck); his grandchildren, Brandon Conley (Alisha) and Madison Capone (James); his niece Kathleen Vignapiano; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Timm (Frank, Jr.) and Christine Krieger (Lori Johnson); and his nephews, Michael, Brian Vignapiano, Russell, Ben (Rachel), Frank III and Doug Timm.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bolock Funeral Home & Crematory (6148 Paradise Valley Rd, Cresco, PA 18326).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Dessin Animal Shelter of Honesdale, PA or Five Loaf House in Pocono Pines, Pa.
