He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Testa and Elaine Testa (Armella). He is survived by: his wife Marsha C. Testa (Davis); his son Justin Testa of Greensburg; and his siblings, James Testa (Joan) of Delmont and Melanie Cancro (Carl) of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Parkinson's Research organization.
