He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Plischke and Ruth Lopes Plischke; his former wife Joanne Grosso Plischke; his sister Jane Penich; and his brother-in-law Dale Preston.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Green Plischke; his children, Jeffrey of Danville, Christine Fennell (Jeffrey) of Ardara and Tracey Lee Sherburn (Rick) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Charlene Wudrick (Arnie) of Saskatchewan, Karen Preston of Greensburg and Lauren Davis (Tom) of Derry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
