She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Rutan and Mildred Lightner Rutan; and her siblings, Richard Hartman Rutan and Patricia Jane Minton. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Sue Walters (Barry) of Jeannette and Kimberly Rene Ciampaglia (Dante) of Greensburg; and her brother Leonard Lightner Rutan of Houston, Tex.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
