He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Sr. Ritson and Dorothy Havranek Ritson; his brother John Ritson; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Ritson and Ted Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Huffman Ritson; his children, Daniel Ritson (Lori) of Greensburg, Douglas Ritson of Greensburg, Tracy Kisiday (Matt) of Greensburg and Matthew Ritson (Paula) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Angela Harmon (Matt), Jesse Kisiday (Elle), Matthew, Ryan, Joshua, Noah, Lakyn Ritson and Savannah Kisiday; his great grandchildren, Emma Harmon and Evelyn Kisiday; his siblings, Cheryl Richardson of Jeannette, Richard Ritson of Adamsburg and Robert Ritson (Patty) of Greensburg; and his pet Smitty. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law on his wife.
