She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe "Mike" Marker and Evelyn "Tillie" Marker; her husband Donald Barnes Hayward; and her son Dan Barnes Hayward. She is survived by: her children, David Marker Hayward of Rockport, TX, Susan Kimball Hayward Koshewa of Aiken, SC and Sarah Gilbert Hayward Lynch (James) of Alta Loma, CA; her granddaughters, Molly Averell Koshewa of Farmers Branch, TX and Lucy Hayward Koshewa (Scott Glen) of Seattle, WA; and her sister Elizabeth King Marker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Sally's name to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County or the Westmoreland Historical Society.
