She was predeceased by: her parent John Ross; her husband Mack Finley Steward; her children, Edward Lee Williams and Carolyn Johnson; and her brother Arthur Johnson.
She is survived by: her parent Essie Johnson; and her children, Finley Michael Steward of Greensburg, Sarah Elizabeth Steward of Greensburg, Michele Scharise Steward of Greensburg, Lynn Steward (Thomas Fullard) of Greensburg, David Love of Hartford, CT, Florence Hamiel of Pittsburgh and Essie Johnson of Greensburg. She is also survived by grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
