Richard, II (Holly) of Apollo, PA and Bennett Kauffman of New York City; his niece Michelle-Ashley Amatangelo (David) of Charleston, SC; his great-nephews, Gabriel, Maddux Amatangelo of Charleston, SC., Dante Amatangelo of Raleigh, NC and Vincent Amatangelo of Charlotte, NC; and his great-niece Heidi Plazio of Apollo. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
