With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Michael DeFrancesco Sr. of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 26, 2024 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his brother James DeFrancesco; his sister-in-law Cindy DeFrancesco; his parents-in-law, Carl P. Sr. and Kathryn Izzo (Campbell); and his brother-in-law Carl P. Izzo, Jr..
He is survived by: his nephew Anthony DeFrancesco; his wife Linda DeFrancesco (Izzo); his sons, Robert of Murrysville and Nicholas of Greensburg; his brothers, Anthony (Suzy) of Florida and Ronald (Janet) of Pittsburgh; and his sisters-in-law, Cyndi Atterbury (Doug), Sandra Rudisill (James) and Mary Claire Izzo (Spinabelli). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made on Bobby's behalf to Valley High School DECA, in the New Kensington-Arnold School District, where his son teaches business classes, or to Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Greensburg.
