He was predeceased by: his parent Catherine Kulik-Tutino; and his siblings, John Kulik, Michael Kulik, Steven Kulik, George Kulik, Charlie Kulik, Anne Funk and Marie Evon.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline E. Emanuel Kulik; his children, Robert A. Kulik (Karen) of North Huntingdon, Brenda Pennesi (Anthony) of Greensburg and Denise Cope (Edward) of Greensburg; and his grandchildren, Robert J. Kulik (Ashley), Jenna Kulik (Steve), Scott Kulik, Angela Dunlevy, Bryan Peters (Jennifer), Steven Cope (Emily) and Laken Cope. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
