She is survived by: her husband Robert Cook; her children, Adam Bergamasco (Courtney), Bradley Bergamasco, Matthew Bergamasco (Anel), Jeffrey Cook and Christina Kachmarek (John); her grandchildren, Leo, Arlo, Enzo, Nico and Bianca; and her brother Scott Sance.
