She was predeceased by: her parents, W. B. Clark and Lucille M. Clark (DeChellis). She is survived by: her husband John J. Santavy; her children, Jessica Santavy (Gary Smith) and Jonathan Santavy (Jennifer); her grandchildren, John Henry, Julian and Winifred Santavy; and her brothers, Don Clark (Lori) and Billy Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
