We bid farewell to Norma A. Carter of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, born in McClelland, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Norma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Raymond Fiene and Margaret Fayne Fiene Riddell (Smith); her husband Richard Earl Carter; and her brothers, Donald and Keith Fiene.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael D. Carter of Greensburg and David S. Carter of Harrison City; her grandson Colton Brice Carter; and her siblings, Rita Reed (Peter) of DesMoines, IA, Ruth Hanon of Tucson, AZ and John Fiene (Nancy) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
