He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin O. Bittinger and Helen Arnold Bittinger. He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy Tantlinger; his pets, Sabrina, Nitro and Shorts; and his sisters, Shirley Rickel (Jack) of Winchester and Donna Billetz (Stephen) of Dilliner.
