He was predeceased by: his son Maxwell E. Lizza III (Yvonne). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lizza (Morris); his daughter Kimberly A. Pishko; his grandson Gregory (Erika); his daughter Tonia Schoenfeld; his grandchildren, Matthew, Margaret and Andrew (Inger); his great grandchild David Maxwell; his grandson Mark Lizza (Donna); his great grandchild Kristina (Ryan Huntington); his granddaughter Janet Nolf (Donald Byron); his great grandchildren, Matthew and Christopher; his granddaughter Karen Wahl (Matt); his great grandchild Zoey; his siblings, Justin Lizza (Louise) and Frances Enik (Robert); and also, Herbert Barnes III (Brett), Ashleigh, Blake and Annelle Shook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
