We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Margaret A. Mackey of Greensburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Margaret farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Margaret is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Lazor and Regina Lazor (Firlik); her husband James S. Mackey, Sr.; and her son Brian L. Mackey. She is survived by: her children, Christine McElroy of New Stanton, James Mackey Jr. of Latrobe, Lisa Baker (Chad) and Melissa Mackey of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Lyndzi, Chase and Isabella. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
