He is survived by: his parent Mary Kapura (Lesko); his children, Karen Davis (Jeff), Mary Biagini, Jacqueline Samek (Stephan) of Jeannette and Joseph Kapura of Mammoth; his grandchildren, Ashley Samek of Norfolk, Stephan Samek of Norfolk and Nicole Cox (Travis) of Norfolk; his great grandchild Devin Marie Cox; and his sisters, Irene Senak of Greensburg, Loretta Rutkowski (Al) of Greensburg and Dolores Ulishney (Thomas) of Greensburg.
