He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Hayden and Agnes Hayden (Logan); his former wife Ann Hayden (Miller); his daughter Deborah Hayden; his wife Charlotte Hayden; and his brother William Hayden.
He is survived by: his son John T. Hayden, Jr. (Becha); his grandchildren, Samantha DeLuca (Derek), Meghan Hayden and J. T. Hayden; and his sister Joann Miller (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
