He was predeceased by: his parents, John Takac and Ann Takac. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Takac; his daughters, Kim Ziolkowski (Ron), Kristin Coleman (David) and Kelly Ament (Doug); his grandchildren, Morgan, Zac, Jacob, Nick, Allie, Cade and Nichole; and his siblings, Ron Takac (Ruth), Nancy Allen (Tim), Rick Takac (Kathryn) and Andrea Verbanic (Eric).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (1011 Mt Pleasant Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601).
