He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Tozier and Frances Tozier (Huntingdon). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne M. Tozier (Henry); his son Robert D. Tozier; his daughter-in-law Dalia Lucas; his sister-in-law Kathy Henry; his niece Karen Polechko (Kevin); his nephew Matthew Henry; his great-nephew Colin Polechko; and his great-niece Leah Polechko.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maplewood Presbyterian Church (108 Woodland Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
