He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Pifferetti and Margaret Pifferetti (Gebhart). He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Gootz (Gaffey); his children, Shawn Gootz, Christina Hudak, Elizabeth Gootz and Johnathon Gootz; and his siblings, Larry J. Pifferetti (Bonnie), Timothy Gootz (Darlene), Paul Gootz, Liz Gootz (James), Delila Pifferetti and Mary Lynn Pifferetti (Shawn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
