He was predeceased by: his father Edward Hazuda; and his sister Sharon Hazuda. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hazuda (Miske); his wife Theresa Hazuda (Moats); his parents-in-law, George and Lorraine Moats; his brother-in-law George Moats, Jr.; his niece Makenzie Moats; and his nephew Cody Dice.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc. (524 N Main St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
