He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Skodak and Irene M. Martincheck Skodak; and his sister Irene "Tootie" Skodak. He is survived by: his siblings, John P. Skodak of Greensburg, Robert D. Skodak of Youngwood, Susan M. Flock of Greensburg, Shirley L. Boone of Greensburg, Mary E. Caldwell of Jeannette and Janet L. Forish of Greensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
