He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Kramer and Martin Kramer; and his wife Phyllis Lee Kramer. He is survived by: his nephews, Richard Levitt (Susanna Levitt) of Pittsburgh and Dr. Ronald (Leslie Kramer) of Colorado; his niece Elaine Levine (Richard) of Pittsburgh; and his in-laws, Regis, Nancy Farrell of Greensburg, Ken, Cathy Pyle of Greensburg, Sandy Pyle of Derry and Kathy Pyle of Jeanette.
