With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel M. Addis of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Maust and Helen Adams Maust; her husband Raymond O. Addis; and her son Raymond O. Addis. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Denise Addis; her grandsons, Matthew Addis (Genevra) and Michael Addis (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Sophie Addis, Emma Addis and Benjamin Addis.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family asks that those who are able instead donate to First Christian Church.
