He is survived by: his parents, Carole Johnson, Jr. (George) and Glenn P. Jr. Johnson; his wife Wendy K. Johnson (Patellos); his children, Caitlin Ann Johnson and Colin Porter Johnson; his stepchildren, Brandon Patrick Patellos and Brooke Paige Patellos; his granddaughter Jaina Lynn Stumpf; his brother Gene A. Johnson (Edwin B. Cather); and his brother-in-law Ron P. Anderson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
