He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip E. Lavelle and Anna Mae Lavelle (Berscnas); and his siblings, Jeffrey, Michael Lavelle and Maureen Tutino.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Lavelle (Cheryl) and Victoria Knopp (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Excela Hospice.
