He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Nalevanko and Maryann Swiencki Nalevanko; his wife Gina M. Campitelli Nalevanko; his sons, Anthony Nalevanko (Taylor) of Greensburg and Ryan Nalevanko of Greensburg; his siblings, Mark Nalevanko (Laura) of Greensburg and Annie Grohe (Kenny) of Santa Cruz, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Williams (Jeff) of Shelocta and Nick Campitelli (Julie) of Bath, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
