He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Henry (Ward); his stepfather Edwin B. Henry; his wife Laurel C. McEwen (Vinsek); his brother Robert J. McEwen; his granddaughter Jessica McEwen; and his sister-in-law Virginia Crosby.
He is survived by: his children, Geoffrey A. McEwen (Tricia), Melissa A. Komoroski (Donald) and Jill C. Cahalane (Patrick); his grandchildren, Sarah Caston (Terry), Anna McEwen, Laura Hyde (Zack), Julia Komoroski, Emma Komoroski, Alex Zigarovich and Meghan Cahalane; his great grandchildren, Isla, Ezra, Micah and Jonah; his brothers, Edwin B. Henry (Lana), Dennis Henry (Karen) and John Henry (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Harry Crosby, Wendy L. Wian (Donald) and Viola McEwen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
