She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Ficco and Rose Demsky Ficco; her husband Joseph F. Zubalik, Jr.; her granddaughter Megan Zubalik; and her brother Nicholas Ficco, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, C. Michael Zubalik (Beth) of Greensburg and Richard A. Zubalik of Greensburg; and her brother Donald Ficco of Johnstown.
