She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lengvinis and Rosalia Lengvinis (Mockapetris); her husband John B. "Jack" Pesarchick; and her siblings, Mary Zinke, Anthony Lengvinis, Ona Boyd and Theresa Breck.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl George (Rich), Bruce Pesarchick (Kim) and Alan Pesarchick (Amy Jacobs); and her grandchildren, Tyler George (Alex), Lauren George, Annabelle, Jake and Kate Pesarchick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
