He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Farzati and Lydia Farzati (Galetto); and his children, Lynn Ann Farzati, Larry B. Farzati and Paul F. Farzati.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Carla Farzati; his grandchildren, Nathan Farzati (Liza) and April Tomcik (David); his great grandchildren, Abby Williams (Benjamin), Delilah and Daphne; his great great grandchild Baby Ben; his siblings, Raymond Farzati (Lynne) and Elsie Stynchula; and his close friend Linda Andrews (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
