She is survived by: her children, Thomas Komisak (Marlene) of Englewood, Fla., Terence Komisak (Juanita "Johni), Long Beach, Calif, David Komisak (Nancy) of Toccoa, Pamela DiNardo of Moon Township, Timothy Komisak (JoAnn) of Latrobe and John Komisak (Michelle) of Fraser, Mich.; her grandchildren, Lauren Komisak, Kara Komisak, Marie DiNardo, Ian Komisak, Rachel Hedman (Andrew), Kelsey Schiferl (Ryan), Leah Komisak and Katie Gilbert (Elijah); her stepgrandsons, Lance Tanaka (Diana) and Mark Tanaka (Teri); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathan, Alex, Kaitlyn, Cody, Courtney, Kara Tanaka, Josh, Sara Quibin and Cole; and her siblings, Joseph Mizikar (Elizabeth), Geraldine Kovacina, Edward Mizikar (Barbara), Louise Larko, Patricia Pringle (Larry), Richard Mizikar (Margret) and Daniel Mizikar (Pamela). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
