He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kush and Kateryna Kush (Barczuk); and his siblings, Helen Carnvale and Frank Sebosky. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Roberta Kush (Schatko); and his children, Karen McCallister Joyner (Jeff), Christine Leheny (Bill), Michele Mentges (Mike), Lisa McCallister (Greg) and John Kush. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
