She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis C. Hauger and Norma Jean Hauger (Bagley). She is survived by: her husband George E. Haines; her children, Heather and Adam Haines; her sister Cheryl Smith (Bill); her sister-in-law Gayle DiSalvo; her nephews, Greg Smith and Don DiSalvo; and her pet Roxy.
In memory of Donna, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause that was dear to her heart.
